How Chris got started in Real Estate
 

After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in counseling, Chris was invited to the community of Sudden Valley by a friend, a Realtor, to critique his latest sales pitch. As he listened, a new world opened up and Chris became fascinated with how the market works. He marveled at the idea of investing in or selling a property and watching it appreciate. As many of us have done, Chris took a fork in the road, thinking that he would delay his counseling career a few years and sell Real Estate. However here he sits, nearly forty years later, selling in the same market and enjoying every minute of it.  

 

Outside of Work

 

On top of his career, Chris is a hardworking family man with a lovely wife, 4 children, 2 granddaughters, and 2 very spunky shih tzus. He enjoys being out on the water whether it’s boating, jet skiing, or spending the day in the sun. Chris is also actively involved in the community, leading a yearly clothing drive for The Lighthouse Mission, participating in The Agape House Run, and donating a portion of each commission he earns to the Children's Miracle Network.
