Start with research, then come visit

 

I will do my best to provide you with as much information as possible, including a relocation packet, photos, and events in the area. Then, after you’ve spent time on the internet pouring over data, it’s time to see the city in person. Come visit us and I’ll help you find a community and property to call home. Keep in mind the best time to visit is usually about 5 to 7 weeks prior to when you want to move into your new home.

 

Doing negotiations and inspections long distance

 

When we find you the perfect property, the negotiations of purchase price and other conditions can take time. Fortunately, all negotiations and paperwork can be handled while you are out of town via email and fax.

 

Additionally, don’t worry if you cannot attend your home inspection. I’ll make sure you have a qualified inspector and our team will be available to meet with the home inspector to allow access into the property. Inspectors in our area manage their reports electronically, which means you will have your full report including photos of all findings usually within 24 hours of the inspection. We’ll then review the report together over the phone and or email to make sure that any concerns you have are addressed.

 

Time for closing

 

Take a deep breath… relax… then get excited! You’ve found the perfect home in a great community and we’ve negotiated a great deal. Now it’s time to close on your new home. If you’re not able to be in attendance on the day of closing, we can have the documents overnighted to you for your signatures, and then overnighted back for seller signatures. Then, the next thing you know, I’ll be welcoming you to home!
